We recently upgraded a few parts of our pool setup and came here for guidance. The staff took time to understand our goals and recommended options that fit our budget. The improvements have worked out well, and we're very happy with the results.

The NOVA facility at Regency is large, but not comfotrtable for guests. The majority of seating and areas where you can put chairs is allocated for NOVA swimmers only. If you attend a large meet there, there is practically nowhere to sit as a visiting team. Also, they have numerous signs up informing visitors that the majority of the areas are specifically for NOVA people. I found this extremely inhospitable to visiting teams. I realize it is their facility, but there is such a thing as common courtesy and there should be a welcoming attitude to visitors. I did not experience that at all.

Dear NOVA Aquatics, I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with the NOVA Aquatics Center at Regency Mall. Our recent swim meet experience at your facility was truly exceptional. The state-of-the-art aquatic center is a swimmer's dream. The long course meters pool, with its generous number of lanes, provided ample space for warm-up and cool-down, a feature often lacking at other venues. The thoughtful amenities, such as the private changing rooms, the impressive sound system, and the comfortable spectator seating, all contributed to a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the warm temperature inside the facility, which was a welcome contrast to the cold January weather. NOVA Aquatics at Regency Mall has clearly set a new standard for competitive swimming. The combination of advanced technology, functional design, and aesthetic appeal creates a truly remarkable aquatic center. Thank you for providing such an outstanding facility. We look forward to returning in the future. Sincerely, Mark
